My cat is over 15 pounds. I needed a strong carrier that would not collapse when carried. This carrier is great. I love that it has a zip top closure for loading.

This carrier looks comfortable and I was glad I had it, but it's not big enough for my 16 lb cat. This is not to say that it is suitable for large cats. I had to return it.

I really like this medium. It is well made and looks good and is easy to use. Some reviewers mentioned that it was big enough for two cats. These will be two kittens, not adult cats. I have one cat 10# and the other 15#. The larger cat fits well, but there is definitely no room for a small cat. Other than that, it's a great carrier - and I guess it's comfortable for the cat, although he'll be the last to admit it!

First of all, my cat (who was horrified by her last carrier) loves this carrier! He stepped right in and lay down. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it's actually medium sized rather than tall. My cat is 18 pounds, she is large and I was afraid she wouldn't fit. Luckily, cats like to curl up in small spaces, so this worked. The floor mat feels very comfortable - soft and durable so that the floor does not wrinkle. In general I am satisfied with the purchase!

My cat loves this carrier. She jumped in herself as soon as I put it on the ground. She loves it so much that after being zipped in and taken to the vet, she still jumps in just for fun. During the drive she hardly made a fuss. She is a large girl, almost 11 pounds and the carrier is quite roomy for her but I don't think I would attempt to fit two cats her size in it. I have no problem getting it in and closing it. This is a huge improvement over the hard plastic holder I used.

What I really like about this strap is that it's wider than most; and while it's technically a "soft" medium, it's very durable. The sides don't flex, the bottom is strong and soft. Pictured is a large kitten, 17 lbs. He rolled himself in and had plenty of room. It was a little larger than my other soft totes, but not enough for him to sit up at all. I brought this inside and unzipped it and now my big 16kg cat lives in it. It also chews on handles, but does little harm. I like that the sides can be transparent or solid. The zippers are of better quality than I expected and work as they should. I can lift this carrier with one hand. Bought for occasional trips to the vet. Since this is his new bed and play box, I'm sure he'll be more relaxed when it comes time to travel in it. I wish the fleece floor was more durable and didn't feel like…

This transport box is not for big cats. My 20kg boy Abraham barely fits in so I'm not very comfortable leaving him cramped there for more than 30 minutes. We'll be leaving him in the general area for a few weeks before attempting to take him to the vet because he HATES carriers, but so far so good! He didn't hate it, but he still didn't like it at first. Space is very small (or is my cat just huge?) but since he likes to curl up, that's not a problem or a deal breaker.
