Dog chew toy: my feedback

My dog loves chewing it and hasn't destroyed it yet but it creates a lot of little plastic shreds all over the floor and furniture and makes a mess.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain, simply wipe with a damp cloth
Cons
  • Not as suitable for dogs with missing or damaged teeth

The large are for very large dogs

I have 3 dogs. a 60lb, 70lb and 45lb. I got the large size for the 2 large dogs. the large are meant for realy large dog with large mouths. I will get med next time. But they were able to chew on the knobs of these thick sticks

Pros
  • Made from real wood, satisfying your dog's natural chewing instincts
Cons
  • Could potentially cause injuries to human handlers

Pup loves it! best in my review

My pup loves this chew toy. We can't have stuffed toys because he just rips them to shreds. He is a medium sized shepherd mix, about 55 pounds and is a pretty aggressive chewer. I hear him chewing this often. Thanks!

Pros
  • Can be used for teething puppies, soothing sore gums and encouraging healthy chewing behavior
Cons
  • Could potentially cause discoloration of the toy over time

Dogs just love these!

Started buying these several years ago for my cane Corso, when she passed 😭😭😭 it passed to my pitty mix, I bought her a new one in June if 2020, there's still about 1/2 of it left and she chews it all the time! Just got a mini Aussie pup, and she loves it too. Ordering her her very own! These are so durable and really, the dogs just love 'em! Keeps them busy for hours!

Pros
  • Toys
Cons
  • May not be as suitable for larger dogs

great product in my review

I would bet that the dogs that became ill or had bleeding gums were not supervised and allowed to chew the bone " at will ". That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Two paws up from Kit! And two thumbs up from Mom for no mess nor smell!
Cons
  • Could potentially damage furniture or flooring if chewed on

Great for dogs who love to eat wood!

I just adopted a beagle mix who is about 12 weeks old, 8 lbs. or so, and beginning his teething phase. We are working on drop it because he is the type that LOVES to eat anything and everything off the ground when we go for walks. Since I live in an urban area, there is a lot of litter and a lot of mulch around. In just this last week he has tried to eat a full menthol cigarette, a receipt, an entire paper towel, bees, butterflies, wasps, weeds, a plastic bag, a black and mild wrapper, poop, a…

Pros
  • Non-toxic, making it a healthier alternative to other chew toys
Cons
  • Could potentially cause snags in dog's fur

Great chewing phase tool

I have a medium-size (30lb) 7-month old terrier mix that has been dragging sticks into the house for chewing, ate part of a baseboard and chewed three corners of a foot stool while I was in the room but inattentive. Along with training reinforcement, the Super Dogwood purchased two weeks earlier has proven to be a valuable training aid and is still very usable; I expect it should last another couple months at this rate.

Pros
  • Offers a unique texture and flavor, appealing to even the pickiest of pets
Cons
  • Not recommended for use in hot or dry climates

Great for puppies teething

My Belgium Malinois loves this. It has lasted her for a few months. My GSD also "steals" it from her.lol it is still in tact just smaller. Definitely something to keep in the dogs toy box!

Pros
  • I think this is a great product, but I ordered too large of a size.
Cons
  • Not as durable as some synthetic chew toy materials

My Pitt loves these sticks.

My Pitt is a chewer. She has a toy box full of things to chew and play with. The sticks never get put away. She walks around the house like she’s smoking a cigar. She must have something in her mouth at all times. Thank god these sticks aren’t expensive.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor play, the perfect addition to any outdoor adventure
Cons
  • Not as effective at soothing sore gums as some other chew toys

Need something more durable

Tiny dog loves to chew! This did not hold up long enough, 1 month till it was destroyed - but he had fun doing it! Not recommended for use on carpet or other soft surfaces.

Pros
  • Encourages healthy play and exercise, promoting overall well-being
Cons
  • Not recommended for use on carpet or other soft surfaces

My dog still chews on this several months later.

I have a 2 year old golden doodle and he loves this. Dog''s don''t go crazy over it. Seems to be holding up so far.. I bought it to help him stay away from the plants and it seems to work

Pros
  • Dog's don't go crazy over it. Seems to be holding up so far.
Cons
  • The Good: My Dogo Argentino loved it. The Bad: Gone in 15 minutes. Not for big dogs

She loves the hemp bone!🐾

I would prefer an option to purchase the hemp bone only. She doesn’t really care for the plain wood bone but offering them as a set gives the seller a way to get rid of the plain wood bones.

Pros
  • Love the durability! Has provided hours of chewing! Will be buying more!
Cons
  • Could cause dental problems if chewed excessively

Great chew toy - my new review

My dog is a very aggressive chewer and these are one of his favorite toys. The super dogwood small is as large as many medium or large bones from other brands. We replace them about every two weeks but the price makes that doable.

Pros
  • Made from sustainable materials, reducing environmental impact
Cons
  • Not recommended for use indoors without supervision

Linus” go to chew toy

The durability if these is great. My puppy had his first which is still a nub for 5 months and I ordered the double pack the second time around. Of all his toys this is what Linus reaches for most of the time.

Pros
  • Provides mental stimulation, improving overall cognitive function
Cons
  • May not be safe for use around very young children

Great alternative to rawhide

This is great for any chewers. Rawhides cause GI blockages and Nylabones break teeth. These give enough to not break teeth and breakdown to not cause obstructions. My dog loves them, and he once ate a landscape timber.

Pros
  • My dog goes through chew toys so quickly, this one has lasted the longest, well worth the price
Cons
  • Could potentially cause intestinal blockages if swallowed
