Very good salt mill

Very good salt mill. The best I've used in the past is an electric coffee grinder. The only downside is that you need extra sea salt, which you can also buy on Amazon.

Used completely broken item

Striking decor, why did they send us a used and completely broken Peugeot Alaska electric salt mill? I am not happy with this purchase and would not recommend Distinctive Decor to anyone.

Durable item. Not โ€œnecessaryโ€ of course, but โ€œwantedโ€.

Sturdy item. Not "needโ€ of course, but "wantโ€. Don't push the button like you're Othello - his body is studded with spring-loaded tabs and can be depressed with a clumsy fist. I can't figure out how much force the previous owner used (I bought a return), but I had to take it apart to put it back together. Very convenient salting.

Worth the price

This is a replacement for another Peugeot salt mill which broke after years of daily maintenance in the kitchen and table. This is such an improvement! It's surprisingly quiet, handles a variety of salt types, from coarse grains to small pebbles (well, maybe not pebbles, but a lot coarser than average), and produces finely ground salt very quickly enough. My husband and I both love him. It's also slightly easier to refill and clean than its predecessor, and doesn't get fingerprints as oftenโ€ฆ
