Phanteks Premium Sleeved Extension PH CB4P_BR Review

So I bought a Phanteks kit which included a 24 pin motherboard, 2 8 pin GPUs and an 8 pin CPU expansion. However, my motherboard (MSI X99 chipset) uses both 8 pins and an additional 4 pin to power the processor. I ordered this 8 pin extension cord and it fits the full set.

These cables just look exquisite! They also came with a clear plastic cable comb! It's an extension, but it's quite long. Longer than expected but hiding the extra cable wasn't a problem even in the mini-ITX case I used. Definitely recommend!

I ordered this by mistake as I chose 8 pin (6+2 PCIE) then clicked blue and it changed to 8 pin (4+4 MB ) was changed, which is not the same. So pay attention to the transition between the colors. . This cable worked perfectly! I'm very glad there weren't any random charging issues. Also, the gasket that came with the cable was a very nice touch and really helped tidy up the look.
