🔲 Off White Phenolic Opaque Sheet - Optimal Thickness and Length Review

If you're sensitive to fiberglass like me, be careful. Read the safety data sheet, cover bare skin (and wash clothes afterwards). Immediately remove any dust, etc. Wear gloves. Don't touch your eyes. I needed something to restore my cockpit sun visors on my 1985 Toyota pickup. The frames were metal, but the material used by Toyota at the time. was styrofoam. center and vinyl cover outside. Mine still worked and were protected from the sun, but they sagged and looked worn and old. I separated them in metal wire and cut this product to fit the metal frame, then drilled holes around the rim and attached it to the metal frame with thin wire. I covered them with fabric. The quality (length, width, thickness, edges, surface) of the sheet metal is ok. The quality of the cuts around the edges is a little rough, but about what I expected. The sheet is slightly soiled and has some traces of glue from a label applied by mistake and then hastily torn off (see attached photos). The surfaces are mostly smooth and in good condition with a few long scratches. Very disappointed with the label (looks like a shipping label stuck on the product instead of the shipping box)…
