Excellent customer service

Jacket was too small. Rather disappointed but when I discussed my concerns with the Phibee customer service, they gave me a complete refund along with sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Very nice jacket and appears to be great quality.

  • Enjoyed this for ski trip, use it for everyday use in the rain and cold

  • Limited mobility in the arms and shoulders

Beautiful jacket in my review

Beautiful coat. Unfortunately, it was too small for my daughter, so I'm going to try to order a medium. I'd say this runs a little small but nice bang for the buck!

Beat jacket I have ever owned.

I'm very sensitive to the cold, so I'm usually shivering even if I have multiple layers on. This jacket is perfect. Super warm, loads of pockets, snow skirt to keep the wind out. All around amazing.

  • Not suitable for high-intensity activities

Best Jacket i've ever bought!

Great winter jacket, and for riding snowmobile. Been out in single digit temps with wind chill factor below zero, and this jacket has kept me very warm. Water proof, wind proof! great Quality would buy again!

Came too late to use but I’ll keep it for the next trip!

This coat is wonderful; I like the well thought out pockets, the wrist closure to keep snow out, the long length to cover your bum and keep snow out when you fall, and the color- easy to spot in the snow. Too bad it came too late for my northern Japanese snowboarding trip. I got this after we came back, but since we go snowboarding every year I will keep it and use on the next trip which will probably be back in the United StateS, Vermont it Pennsylvania.

Great Quality! - my new review

Purchased this coat for occasional ice fishing and outdoor recreation. I chose a medium when I typically wear a small due to product reviews. It is very roomy but will work. The color is great, it has several features, and it is warm!

  • it works well, haven't tried it in the snow yet but for the price I have no issues
Cons
  • Runs small. Seemed like an alright coat for money, but runs a size or 2 too small.

Perfect for winter sports!

This coat is better than what I thought it would be. The bottom seals tightly so that no snow can get in it. It has lots of pockets and zippers to vent your coat. The thumbhole sleeve is also very good so that no snow can get up in your coat either. It is light weight and very warm. I did not need a lot of layers under it. I would recommend this coat and buy it again!
