Early stage technology. wait for something better

I would definitely recommend this to an enemy. integration is difficult. Applications don't work. The recommended PC app doesn't even see the bridge. The Hue app is very basic and easily loses touch with lightbulbs. If you turn the light switch off and on again, the bulbs will not return to the "scene" you set them to and they will glow like regular white bulbs. The Hue Entertainment app is not working. Third party apps are full of bugs. Besides, why should I pay for apps when I only paid $50…

I. Am. So B. Love. We paired it with our Alexa and used it alternately with voice commands and the Philips Hue app. Colored atmospheric lights are MUCH more useful than white ones. We like to turn the room lights to red when we're working on something at night, but I've found that 10% brightness works best when we're watching a horror movie so we can see without spoiling the night. It is very good! I bought them for my mother's house.

Very good! I bought these for my mom's house so she could have her first smart home experiences with her Revain Echo. I've tried several different RGB lights so far and Hue has proven to be the best. I found setup easy, pairing was effortless, and the Android app works beautifully. Echo can turn them on and off and set the brightness based on room groups created in the app, or even independent bulbs. The app worked reliably and installed the color changes quickly and easily, just as I expected.
