Perfect for extending

Works exactly as intended! I had three packs of game mats and wanted to put a third one over my bed. I came across this extension, it works great! No sync issues and the extended length makes it easier to hide the cable.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Requires socket

Compatible with newer Philips Hue light strips with barrel connector.

Bought two of these to extend the power cord to my Philips Hue light strips. I have newer light strips with barrel connectors. They fit perfectly into the connectors on both the cable side and the power connector side. No questions.

  • Confident
Cons
  • So So

Great extension for Philips Hue Gradient Lightstrip!

Gradient Lightship purchased for TV. The cable that the original lightstrip came with was not long enough. We like to hide our cables behind the wall as we built a dedicated media port into it. We needed a longer cable that could still connect to the lightstrip and reach to the surge protector. This extension worked great.

Pricey for what it is but I needed the right plugs and it works.

I couldn't find the correct cable, unfortunately I ordered one earlier with the wrong plugs so I just broke down and bought this official one. It's expensive for what it is, but at least I didn't want to waste money on something that wouldn't work. Plugged it out of the box and everything worked as expected.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

Works perfectly with Philips Hue Play Gradient Strips

Works perfectly with Philips Hue Play Gradient Strips. I have a wall mounted TV and needed this extension to hide the wiring behind the wall. Some reviews say this doesn't work, but you need to place this extension between the power plug and the original cord. The original cable has two different hollow connectors on each side. This extension must be at the end of the power plug and does not replace the original. photos provided.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Speed

Works great with gradient stripes.

Practically a must-have for anyone who mounts the TV on the wall or the power supply is not nearby. I've seen some say it's not for the gradient light bar, but it is. They do not replace the cable from the bar to the wall adapter, they connect it to the end of the cable to the wall adapter. It is not suitable to be connected directly to a small box attached to the light bar. The Gradient Lightstrip comes with a very short cord so it was a really nice extension for it.

Pros
  • High-quality construction
Cons
  • Almost everything included

Exactly what I needed! Cheaper than other sites!

I had 2 shades of light plus lights that were very tight in terms of cord length and where I wanted. At first I thought I was stuck with a really learned line and the layout wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I then looked for expansion options and was glad they were available! I first saw them on a website (whale-?) where they were listed at twice the price! I almost bought them there but glad I checked Amazon for a much cheaper price! They work great! Plug and play - no problem!

Pros
  • Great range
Cons
  • Appearance
