As a result of my tests, I determined that this multi-region DVD player from Philips is a great investment. The player delivers exceptional picture and sound quality, making my viewing experience much more enjoyable. Its sleek design also adds a touch of elegance to my living room. However, the only downside is that it's a bit expensive compared to other electronics in the market. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a reliable multi-region player, this one won't disappoint.

This is a great little device that works great right out of the box. I had an earlier model with composite video only, so being able to get 1080p HDMI output on my big TV was great. The tray rattles a bit when opening and closing, but works perfectly and is quiet. I have already enjoyed some of my CDs from the UK, Germany and Australia. Exactly as described, plays DVDs and CDs from all regions I tested. The remote control is large enough to comfortably hold and press, but at the same time is concise and intuitive in design. 2 small features: the timer starts at 0:00 every time a chapter is changed during DVD playback, and if the player pauses too long, it defaults to the Philips home screen, which is ok.
