At 1" long but only 3/8" wide, it's too soft. You can also use the pen to clean your teeth. If I can attach photos I will, but for comparison my old sonic toothbrush (which I can't find anymore) and most full size brushes are 1" long x 1/2" wide.

This toothbrush is great! When I first started using them I found the brush head to be very small (at least compared to my previous toothbrush) so I wondered if it would be clean.
