Type of review

Ever since the price of genuine replacement brush heads for Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush has risen above a thousand, I have been looking for similar non-original and good quality ones. Friends advised me to try to find something suitable on Aliexpress. And indeed I found for five hundred and sixty-six rubles the seller offered as many as fourteen pieces, four packs of four pieces. They reached me in Moscow in about three weeks. I printed out the package and began to look at it…

Pros
  • Similar to original
Cons
  • Did not find

This is crap and I suspect a bootleg.

I don't believe these are Sonicare original brushes. The packaging was cheap, the silkscreen of the Sonicare name was blurry, and they wore out in a matter of weeks. I was very disappointed.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

These are NOT original Sonicare toothbrush heads

I ordered these toothbrush heads on 31st August. I can't say exactly when they arrived, but you get the idea. 5 toothbrushes and the curved bristle toothbrush head pictured above is the last one I used the day after Christmas, today 7th January. I've had Sonicare toothbrushes since they were introduced in the 90's. I'm on my fourth toothbrush now, but I've always had toothbrush heads that have lasted at least 2 months each. I obviously wasted my money buying them. If they were real Sonicare…

I have original brushes. or really very good fake ones

There are some concerns about fake nozzles. I took a chance ordering these and the brushes I received look and feel authentic. The UPC and packaging are the same as the ones I bought from Wmart. And in fact, these toothbrushes are packaged so securely that I am sure that no manufacturer of counterfeiters would want to go to that length of trouble. In any case, expensive as they are, these brushes work well. Depending on how hard you press the brush, the bristles last about 3-4+ months. I tend…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing

Fake: Oral Care

Despite the name, these tips don't feel real to me. Notice the fuzzy print compared to the real nozzle. Unlike the actual brush heads I've used, the bristles on this brush also feel prickly on my gums.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Disappointment with replacement toothbrush heads

I ordered these and was very disappointed with the quality. Possibly a bad batch of baits? I'm not sure because I've bought replacement Phillips heads from stores in the past and there haven't been any problems. But after just two days of use, some of the bristles were falling out and looking frayed. The blue bristles that serve as the "Replace your toothbrush now" marker were already fading to white. As expensive as they are, some quality improvements are needed.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Only buy Philips Sonicare brushes

We learned it the hard way – only buy genuine Philips Sonicare replacement brushes! They cost more but hold the power head properly and last much longer than the recommended 3 month replacement interval. We used to buy much cheaper general purpose nozzles that would literally fall off the nozzle with use.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Not the best

Absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. It's been a month since I've used this toothbrush head with a genuine Philips Sonicare HX series brush and I choked on oozing black water from the cylinder after brushing my teeth last night. When I first tried to put the toothbrush head on it seemed decent (but not perfect), but what really made me think it was a defective or non-genuine product was the insanely loud buzz it made. I think it's fake, but even if it's not, it's not worth it. In less…

Pros
  • Contour profile for tooth shape
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Cheap imitations, the best electric toothbrushes and accessories

I've been using a Sonicare toothbrush since 92-93. My dentist came back from the convention and brought a bunch of these wonderful devices to sell to his patients long before they were in stores. I've tried many brushes and I know they're always changing and improving in shape, stiffness and design, but they're like nothing I've ever had before. They are soft, the outer bristles look damaged. They are very soft and the size and shape of the hole you put the shaft in was wrong. Irregular barrel…

Pros
  • Designed to maximize sonic movement
Cons
  • I'll add later

Used them for over a year and went back to the branded brushes

Updated review: I will NEVER skimp on brush heads again. After using these fakes for about a year (don't let the Sonicare logo fool you) I bought a pack of FULL Sonicare brush heads and the difference is amazing. Brand name brush heads have much denser bristles and clean MUCH better than these. My teeth seem sparkling clean after brushing, just like they used to when I wasn't trying to find fake brush heads at Revain. I forgot what it's like to use high quality nozzles. It's a shame branded…

Pros
  • Recalling bristles for maximum cleaning
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
