Great Product Helps With Decision Making

The tool helps us identify our employees strengths & weaknesses in various areas of their work life which allows for more efficient decision making when it comes time to hire or promote an individual within your team! I do not have any dislikes about this product so far but if there was anything that could be improved upon then i would say just add some additional features like quizzes etc.. Great Software, Easy Integration and Very User Friendly

The ability for my team to create profiles of our candidates in one place with all their information stored securely so it can be used across multiple applications/tools makes this software easy! I have not found many things that could use improvement but if there are any please let me know as we would love your input here at Phoenixten Inc too. Currently using only 1 tool (our Applicant Tracking System) where before 2 tools were needed - now everything about each candidate has been entered…

Excellent Platform - Highly recommended

Our company uses the Phoenix51 platform, and it's been a wonderful experience so far. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It's also very flexible, so it allows us to tailor our experience to our specific needs. The platform has been a great success for us and we have no complaints at all.
