The ability for my team to create profiles of our candidates in one place with all their information stored securely so it can be used across multiple applications/tools makes this software easy! I have not found many things that could use improvement but if there are any please let me know as we would love your input here at Phoenixten Inc too. Currently using only 1 tool (our Applicant Tracking System) where before 2 tools were needed - now everything about each candidate has been entered into either our ATS or Talent Assessments Tool which saves time & money compared when working out who should go forward onto next stages within an interview process etc.
