I like the ease of use and that it is compatible with all email clients. It's easy for people who are not tech-savvy to use and understand. The support team is also very helpful when you have questions or concerns. I dislike having to pay for the premium version. I like that it's quick! You can easily send out emails in minutes rather then hours or days of writing them by hand. I like that it is easy for me as an individual writer/editor who doesn't have time in her day-to-day life (or even weekends) of writing emails or other kinds of content marketing messages from scratch every single week!
