Don't waste $50 on light and power

Perfect fit and quality. Don't spend $46 at auto parts stores for the same thing. I installed it on my 03 F150 5.4 when the old one broke due to corrosion after replacing the alternator.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Quality

Good design is good for spare parts

I returned the project even though it looks good. Because the other product I ordered was defective, I was unable to use this project, although it worked on my project. I see good quality.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Reliability

Like Factory Original

This joint is notorious for rusting on Ford starters. Once you know the problem, you can only clean the original until it falls apart. This worked great to reboot the initial connection like.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Not Safe

Perfect Match well suited for electrics

Prompt dispatch, direct fit. Shrink butt joints with soldering are used to ensure a permanent watertight connection. Fixed my problems with voltage fluctuations on my 97 7.3L Powerstroke where a few years ago a 'mechanic' used shock joints to 'fix' a similar problem.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Faulty

1/5 the price at the parts store

I have a 130 amp Ford 3G alternator from a 1994 Mustang in my crawler and this pigtail is perfect for replacing the old junk that was there . I joke that O'Reilly wanted $55 for this tiny piece of platinum with a wire dangling from it.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some issues

Perfect replacement part for my 2000 Explorer

I used this part to replace the original alternator connector on my 2000 Explorer 4.0 OHV, Vin X. It fits snugly and comes with lots of cords that are a bit thicker than stock wire. I used a position connector to make things easier.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Unusable features

Good quality and reasonable price.

You're looking at this because trying to remove it broke the original. Not your fault. They grow old and brittle. It's a well-made replacement, and for less than $9, it's not a bad deal considering the cost of doing business, shipping, etc. You may not need to cut a wire on your old one. Take a knife or tiny thin screwdriver and pry the side latch out of the old one. It can break, so what, it's already there. You can then carefully do the same with that one and snap it onto the old cable…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Repair

Fits 1995 Lincoln Town Car

I needed to replace the alternator on my 1995 Lincoln Town Car. When I removed the old alternator I broke this connector. I ordered a replacement pigtail which costs about $40. Yes, you know that one. You looked at it the same way I did. Then a few days later I saw this one for under $10 so I ordered it out of curiosity. I mean come on, is there really going to be that much of a difference in quality if the other part costs a lot more? Well, after receiving that from the dear postman, I…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Vulgarity
