Works as it should

Ideal for Adding 5V cells to cars and boats from a 12V supply. There are no problems with the module. The price was reasonable for the time I needed them. Two packages was a deal.

The input/output cables were WRONGLY LABELED!

The I/O labels were reversed on one of them, causing it to overheat when I plugged it in. (Thank goodness it didn't damage my unit.) I didn't realize that this was the source of the problem until I looked at the other one and saw that it was labeled upside down.

Excellent way to use existing power cords to power new USB-powered cameras

I used these to turn down the voltage for new security cameras. The old ones were connected to 12v but my new ones use a mini USB to 5v - these converters meant I didn't have to run new wires! Has been working great for a month now.
