I've been using point mirrors for so long I don't think I can belay without them. I don't like ones that tilt, swivel or have a plastic frame so the choices have been really limited. The 3" spots are fine for my truck and SUV, but my Grand Prix needed something smaller and they are perfect...no tilt, no twist and they have a metal frame to withstand the intense UV and heat here withstand our summer in the desert.

I am very happy that it was under 30 at the time. I don't know if it's me, but I found the mirror to be stunning with so many angles. Also, I wish there was a way to install this on civilian 06-11 coupes, or more specifically my 8th gen coupe. The ceiling is so wide that the mirror does not fit. Maybe an extension would help make a difference, but I've seen people bend adapters and that will work, but it doesn't look professional so I'll look for something else.

I needed a wide mirror to see the back of my 1988 Chevy Caprice Brougham. This mirror was wide enough but (excuse my language) is the cheapest piece of crap I've ever bought. is this a joke? The plastic is cheap, like something out of a gumball machine. The mirror is really distorted and makes everything appear further away than it really is. The day/night switch is toggled each time the mirror is adjusted. It sits too close to the glass and doesn't adjust easily as the joints are almost tight.
