FREE Decal Sheet Missing

I like real vinyl; However, I am disappointed that I did not receive the FREE transfer sheet as stated in the description. I ended up running 2 sheets trying to use a used transfer sheet from another HTV I had on hand. I ended up having to order a transfer sheet pack to use the vinyl. Expensive vinyl should be thrown in the trash.
