I ordered two because I have two phones. One battery failed to hold the charge but was quickly replaced. Good value for money

Item delivered, fits, works. It arrived undamaged and well packaged earlier than expected. He went to the phone and recorded the charge for the first call. Time will tell if it holds up. So far very satisfied.

I have a really great phone with a Plantronix headset that I use at home because it gives me my hands free when I'm on hold or during a long conversation. Eventually the battery died and this replacement battery is just what I needed to get my phone working like new again. I've only been using it for a month but so far so good!

Not sure if I'm defective but this battery only lasts about 4 hours compared to my original which is 2 years old and about lasts 6 hours. I work from home and go to conferences most of the day and try to charge at night so I can start each day fresh. Based on the great reviews and the fact that the original battery that came with the CT-14 was 500mAh where it's rated at 750mAh I thought I'd increase my talk time but alas I am not that one.
