    Don't waste your money

    It works great. When you stay silent in all your phone calls forever. I move when I'm on the phone. I can't hear anything unless I'm completely standing. Don't waste money.

    Soft audio quality on user end

    Soft audio quality on user end, good audio quality on other end. They sit well in the ears, comfortably. You need to take your hands off the wheel for a squeeze to answer an incoming call and hold the button for 2-3 seconds to make a call via Google Assistant.

    Separates easily. fits Bluetooth headsets in one ear

    I've always liked Plantronic and keep buying them even though I know the product isn't that good, hoping I'll always be lucky and shop buy good. My previous Plantronic Marque 2s both have cracks and you hear the noise very strongly, this one the 500 isn't as bad but not as good.

    They won't even replace under warranty until they return the dead product!

    I ordered this item in July 2020. He just killed me. I tried working with the manufacturer and they wanted my dead product before replacing it. I use this Bluetooth every day for work. NOT CORRECT especially with warranty. Not order. Product manufacturers are wrong. UNHAPPY!

    Not great not terrible

    The Plantronics M70 is no longer made so I gave this model a try. However, this only gives 6 hours of talk time - the M70 gave 11 hours. The maximum volume is only about 75% of the volume of the M70 at maximum volume. competently. But I'll look elsewhere for my next pair of headphones.

    The best I've found so I'll order again!

    I keep losing them but this is the best I've found so this is probably my sixth order. And while no one, especially me, will claim they're waterproof, they've been washed and dried at least 3 times and work great! I hope one day they make one that I like better, but until then they are inexpensive, durable, sound great and very easy to use. (And lose. 😎)

    This Plantronics 500 BT speaker is amazing!

    Have been using Plantronics headphones for years! My earbuds are so comfortable I sometimes forget I'm wearing them, so I always touch my ear before going in the water. This time I forgot to put it away so I told myself I'd put it under my towel by the pool and remind myself it was there. The laps went by and when I grabbed the towel - forgetting of course the earpiece was there - it fell straight into the pool on the first step. I literally grabbed it in a second or two but realized it was…

    Was it a returned product that was resold as new?

    This is the third unit I have purchased. They generally work well but don't really have 7 hours of talk time. I'm curious if the last product I bought from Revain was a returned product being sold as new. All others came with 3 different sizes of silicone eartips, while this one only had the largest silicone eartip in the box. It's not good because it's for my wife and she has very small ears. The big tip of her ear hurts her.
