This headset is a gamechanger for my work productivity. The audio quality is superb, and the noise-cancelling feature is impressive. The construction is durable, ensuring long-term use. The only downside is the price. However, it is worth every penny given its performance and reliability. As an Electronics enthusiast, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a high-quality headset for their office needs.

if you don't have to worry about working in a noisy environment as speaking tubes are wonderful. They pick up the sound of my voice much better than a standard or noise canceling headset. I rarely have problems with people who, unlike traditional headphones, can hear me through the speaking tube.

This was used in a small office with two customer service representatives side by side. The speaking tube is great with no ambient noise but picks up all sounds towards the tubes. It sounds like two people in headsets talking, which is disappointing for our customers. Plantronics makes good headsets, I'd just go for the N (noise canceling) version if you're in a noisier environment.
