They are not strong. I won't risk it because I'm afraid they will break the food. I still feel these aren't heavy forks and shouldn't be used for eating, but they might be good for cakes. However I am very impressed with the company who reached out to me with a message to see what they could do so I would be satisfied.

Can't believe how fragile they are. I usually buy heavy forks by the 300 pack, but when they run out I buy these heavy forks. Three of them collapsed the first night eating lasagna, a handful from last week when we had guests and one today after eating a bratwurst. (And not overcooked or anything like that!). At the moment I mainly use it for stirring coffee.

Overall, the forks were fine and as described. But it's also big, they were packed very badly. They were packaged in a plastic bag which simply wrapped the forks, which were too small to fit in, and were shipped open and spilled in Revain's mailer box, rendering the forks unsterile. So I will never buy this brand again.
