Platinum CAD Review

I love that it is very intuitive. It has been easy to learn and master. I have not found anything about Platinum CAD that I dislike. There are some features that don't work as well as they could. For example, when you add a vehicle to a call, sometimes the call will not transfer to the vehicle. Other times, it takes a long time for the vehicle to show up in the list of vehicles assigned to the call. As far as customer service goes, I haven't had any issues with them. The ease of use! This is an amazing product for managing call volume across multiple shifts in our department at work. We can see how many calls we are receiving while outpatients as well as those that have been resolved by ambulance or private transportation services when available through the system. Very helpful tool for dispatchers who oversee several departments. I wish there was more information about each user account such as phone number availability for different shift times but this…
