The BT connection quality is terrible.

The main reason for buying this device was the Bluetooth hands-free function. After installation, the sound during a call was completely unacceptable. After many chats and emails with the seller, they advised me to buy another microphone and try again. I have made. It didn't help. I unplugged the external microphone and the call quality improved, barely acceptable. I mentioned to the seller that I wasn't 100% satisfied with the customer service and that I felt I found a "workaround" that I feel

This is an amazing product, good quality, low cost, easy install, so much fun to drive and I'm still testing it to make sure it works in California temperatures in the summer Me may have already found some bugs like unstable usb function but need more time to get familiar with it. Updated review: I have updated the review as I have been struggling with the unit for a few months now. Every few weeks, devices freeze and the message "Interface has stopped working" appears. On the next restart it reports that the files have been corrupted and prompts me to reinstall the software. I've reinstalled the original software 5 times and it works fine for a few weeks before the process repeats itself again. I don't know what to do about this problem and I'm tired of reinstalling and
