I like how easy it was set up (it took about 10 minutes). The support team has been very helpful when we've had questions or issues with our account! So far everything works great but there are some features missing - mostly related to formatting documents in Word as well as creating PDFs from templates stored within Review itself instead off having them uploaded into an external program such as Adobe Acrobat Pro which can be cumbersome at times if not done correctly. The ease with which we can create documents in our own formats (eBooks) as well as upload them into Review Center has been one great benefit so far! I do not have any dislikes about this tool at present time but would like more functionality added over time - such things may be addressed through future upgrades or other means.
