Makes keeping track of key performance indicators in a team environment so much easier

The ability to track key performance indicators across projects for multiple departments within an organization is one of my favorite things about this software! I have also used it as part our internal project management system which has been very helpful in managing time sensitive items internally at work too since we are all under tight deadlines here with COVID-19 looming overhead!! Not much so far really but that's because their support staff were fantastic when they first got us onboarded

Pros
  • I loooove the ability to build KPIs within the system and set up metrics to track metrics
Cons
  • I really dislike the inactivity of the support team as they are the ones who should be able to update the software with new versions and features they don't

Openbravo - User Friendly, Great Support and Affordable

I like that it is user friendly. The dashboards are easy to use as well as the reporting features which makes my life easier when working with data in Excel spreadsheets. It also has some nice automation for our Project Planner dashboard. We have found that it doesn't support all of the functionality we need so there is room for improvement here but they do offer free trials so try them out first! If you want an open source project management software solution then this might not be what you're

Great Software! Helps Me With Everything

The ease of being able to pull up all my information at one time. It is very easy to use and navigate through. I like that it is not just for project managers but also for other departments. For example, it has been used by our department for over a year now. There are no issues or complaints. This product has helped us with many different projects. We have used it for many different purposes including tracking work orders, employee data, and task management. I would highly recommend this…

Amazing product and outstanding services

This is great for project control of projects that are being managed by multiple people or departments across an organization. The best thing about this system is how much information it has! You can see what phases everything is in which allows you to plan your time well so as not get behind schedule too easily. It's definitely the most beneficial tool I've used with PMs at my workplace because if there was ever any questions from our stakeholders we could find answers within minutes instead…

  • Easy access when needed but difficult enough where only certain users have permissions.
  • Allows many simultaneous sessions making things very efficient; no waiting around between tasks/windows due ot slowdown issues such us lagging graphics &/or high loads during peak times

Great way tracking progress, success and problems

The best thing about this program is that you can create different dashboards for each department in your organization to get an overview of what's going well or not so much with their workflows within our PMO toolbox! You're able give them access only if they are doing good things but also be informed when there needs improvement as soon we need it most- such transparency at all times!! It helps us keep track where everyone stands compared one another which has helped improve how projects go…
