A must buy tool... especially so as your volumes increase

This software gives us visibility into our entire shipping process, from receiving goods to tracking them in transit until delivery of final receipting at customers' facilities or warehouses (or pickup if we're using their FTL). It's not perfect - it does have some serious flaws- but this isn't something that I could see myself running away with either! We are solving two important problems for ourselves : 1) having more control over where shipments go 2.) reducing time spent manually enteringโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The ability to track where our shipments go, and get reports on statuses across multiple locations
Cons
  • It's expensive, but worth it if you have the money
