These look cool, but the quality is horrible

These look cool, but the quality is horrible. I have 6 of these installed in my living room and I've replaced all of them. So much so, I've purchased 20 in total and have 3 left.I did some testing and the driver that comes with them drives them just around 8.5 volts. I'm using a single 100w driver and modulated the voltage down to 8.0v to be safe. Still, they will last for about 2 months and then they are toast. I've taken them apart and they are missing the 3 screws the attach the PCB to the…

I have not installed them yet. Working on deciding .

I have not installed them yet. Working on deciding how to cut holes in my softit to fit them around my house for accent lighting. I recently purchased 10 and if they work I will purchase another 20 to extend around my house. Need to figure out what size wiring I need and if I can connect 30 of them or do I connect 15 one direction and 15 the other direction. This is a fall protect when the temperature cools off. Will post more once I see what these 10 will do for me.

1/10 the rated bulb life

I have several of these bulbs in our home and they seem to run about 5,000 hours before failure, 1/10 of the 50,000 hours rated 🤷‍♂️

Overall, great product!

I like this product, the quality is great, it is exactly what I need. The only one suggestion is the bulbs should be placed in individual boxes, not mixed all together in one box.

Great modern lights

Love these lights! We renovated our home and put them throughout. Everyone complements the way they look. We started with the warm, yellow, ones but switched them to the cool bright white.

  • These lights are not durable and start flickering after a couple days.
