Returned camera and photo product

Product included with Pocket Wizard with TT5. This should have been mentioned in the Pocket Wizard pack I bought. However, the return was easy.

IS WORKING! <Bouncing for joy!>

I've been struggling with my 430ex flashes and TT5 receivers with limited or no range. After installing the RF protection sock, it works great. I hate that I have to use flash halfway, but that's Canon's fault, not Pocket Wizard's. Great product, easy to use and storage is not a problem as it is fabric and you can take it anywhere. Also, it is VERY durable. There's nothing cheap about that.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Doesn't work. save your money PW should have tested the TT5 with "loud" EX flashes before they started selling them to the general public. If the TT5s are for Canon flashes then they should have known about the noise and not even sold the tech. Luckily the market is opening up and PW isn't the only game in town.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Nothing

Simply a must!

I give this product 5 stars for a reason. It works! When I first started selling my studio mono flashes and buying my first pwTT5s, I decided to use my Pocket Wizard TT5 mounted Canon 580exII flashes in my Westcott Apollo Orbs, initially WITHOUT AC5s (at first I didn't see a need). I took her to the backyard and started filming with my son about 3ft from the device in the ball. Worked without any problems. Added a few more lights on the stands (no orbs, just open flashes on tt5) and it went…
