Great item in Furniture Parts & Hardware

One of the best things I have ordered for my RV, unlike the plastic parts that break and flap in the wind, this one has a spring that keeps it in place stops moving. .

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • No Gun

strong as a rat trap!

Do not insert your finger during installation or let this suction cup rest on your finger. Everyone around you will know that something dramatic happened!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • New Competitors Arrive

They were easy to install in RV Parts & Accessories

I loved how easy this kit was to install and it works great. I really like the spring-loaded T-bar hinge as it sits snugly against the trailer when not in use.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I don't remember

This will continue! Best furniture details and fittings

This door holder is excellent. It is durable metal, attractive and easy to install. I wasn't able to use the plastic pieces as I had to bend one of the two a bit, but other than that it works well and looks attractive.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Damaged

The holes don't match the originals

Bought to replace a crumbling original on my 5th wheel and the holes don't match. They are close enough that drilling new holes would lengthen the original ones and cause the screws to pull out. It's a good item and will fit the original installation, but it's not a replacement for the cheap plastic parts found in most RVs.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Too short! well suited for furniture parts and fittings

If your trailer has a tent pole between the door and the side, it does NOT have a sufficiently long arm. And your return policy doesn't allow you to return it. I misunderstood that the length of the arm in the drawing is 5.1 inches. It's not like this. It's more like 3 inches long. My fool, but they didn't put the size on the drawing on purpose. Aggravating. And goodbye $11.

Pros
  • Robust workmanship
Cons
  • Long transport time

Works great once installed

They were delivered quickly but no instructions. Of course it was fairly easy to figure out how to mount them on an RV, also it would be useful to see if they should be top and bottom or side mounted. Also - these are separate pieces - the metal and black plastic weren't fused together, so they kept slipping out when we tried to align them. We bought two packs, one was great and one had the wrong holes drilled in the plastic so we had to fix it. All in all a big improvement over our previous…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Nice concept but lacks a design change to work with vertical doors.

I like this concept but the design needs improvement. Almost every door cannot be opened 90° and will have a gap of about 3 inches around the edge of the door. More like 85゚ or something like that. So I had to pad the outside edge of both sides of the latch. This rotated the two pieces so that they were perpendicular to each other rather than flush with the sides of the door and trailer. This slight adjustment was necessary for the latch to engage. Without it it was impossible to open the door,

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing
