Polaroid DVP 1000 Slim Design Player Review

I didn't buy this from Amazon but if anyone is looking for a region free DVD player this is the one that lets you change region with a few simple clicks on the remote No additional hardware purchase is required for control. So if your DVD makes you put off buying DVDs from other countries, you should buy them. It's really thin and not bulky at all. It fits nicely between my direct TV box and the VCR on my dresser.

When I received this there was a problem with the packaging a few days later. Then it worked fine again. The seller didn't replace it because it was working when I called them. It stopped working after a month but he didn't replace it because I had it for a month although the problem started a few days after receiving it. He said he tested it but I'm assuming it's a 10 second test. Now the drawer closes by itself when opened. It can't read homemade mpg, avi etc which is the main reason I bought
