Region is free and really great
I didn't buy this from Amazon but if anyone is looking for a region free DVD player this is the one that lets you change region with a few simple clicks on the remote No additional hardware purchase is required for control. So if your DVD makes you put off buying DVDs from other countries, you should buy them. It's really thin and not bulky at all. It fits nicely between my direct TV box and the VCR on my dresser.
