Suitable for the Hearing Impaired, good price

When I visited my father who has glaucoma/poor vision and hearing problems I noticed that he calculated the time between uses of one type of eye drops and other types of Eye drops, he couldn't hear the digital timer he was using. The frequency of the beep was not in the range he could hear. Holding a TMR-2125 timer set to buzz really gets his attention. In general, he can also set and use this timer in advanced glaucoma. The numbers aren't as big as the previous timer, but it gets the job done.

Pros
  • Includes belt clip, stand and batteries
Cons
  • Some cons

the best timer I have ever owned

This is by far the best timer I have ever owned, full of thoughtful details. The buzz feature is a huge benefit and I wish all Polder timers (especially the Neck Hung model) would add it. It's perfect for early morning coffee making when I don't want to wake up everyone else in the house, or in the office when I don't want to draw attention. I'm pretty sure the buzz is there to be felt when you're nearby, and not to call you from distant rooms like some people expect. Button presses are instant

Pros
  • Large LCD display for easy reading of hours, minutes and seconds
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Very helpful. in the kitchen & dining room

I try to explain it as precisely as I was interested in the product before buying it. The timer measures approximately 3 inches x 2.5 inches. A little less than an inch thick. There is a stand on the back that can be folded down. The top gray button is for mute or vibrate. There are buttons for hours, minutes, seconds, start and clear. The alarm can only be stopped by pressing the start/stop button, which annoys me a bit. To revert to an earlier time, double-tap Delete. It also requires 2 AAA…

Pros
  • The memory function immediately remembers the last setting
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Pretty good timer: Timer

Pretty good timer. I use it to keep track of time while studying. Prevents my mind from wandering while studying. I use it often. I chose this model solely because of the vibration function! Affordable price compared to alternatives, but wish it was made in the USA (at this price point). I wish the size was a little smaller and the volume and vibration intensity were adjustable. But nothing serious enough to complain about - not yet. The display is quite large. [UPDATE: I recently (I think)…

Pros
  • Vibration and sound alerts can work together or just vibrate
Cons
  • Out of fashion
