Dysfunctional and Disappointing for Office Electronics

Based on my experience I found this telephone to be challenging to use .Even after setting it up, I had trouble understanding the other person on the line. The noise reduction feature didn't seem to work well and made communication even worse! The only plus side is that it looks sleek and modern. However, when IT comes to functionality, this product is a complete failure..

Batteries had problems

Batteries lasted 15 minutes. When I finally contacted Headset Advisors support, Alex was very polite and sent me new batteries. I will update this after seeing how the device works and how long the batteries last.
