Not with Toshiba

I really like this phone and we've bought about seven already. Our hybrid PBX doesn't work well with it, so I wouldn't connect to a Toshiba Strata CIX.

Cheap price compared to Cisco.

Latest HD voice logs for best quality. Cheap price compared to Cisco. Takes up less desk space than Cisco. I wish it was the same Bluetooth size (Bluetooth is on the larger 600 model).

From 100 we had to break, I think that's normal.

Our touch screen was faulty on one and I don't remember the other clearly. They were good phones. I like how you can use a USB headset. I just want it to remember the volume for USB headsets like mini-jack phones.

I bought a refurbished model cheap and just set it up for Skype for Business PSTN. I have a VVX600 in the office and didn't want to spend that much money on a desk phone in my home office, so this came in handy. I have already reviewed the VVX600 and pretty much everything I said there applies to the 500 Well. Configuration is cumbersome if you don't have a provisioning server, and the learning curve is steep. The fact that I can't reuse headsets (RJ9 vs 3.5mm) is amazing, especially since the…
