    Headset Memory Feature Stupidest Thing I've Ever Experienced

    It's not possible to always use the default headset when making and receiving calls. What's even more silly is that the headset button blinks when it actually remembers I'm in headset mode, but when I look down I just think there's a message. How incredibly stupid.

    Ideal for the home office

    I bought mine for use in my home office along with my business class internet service and Office365. This solution gave me a more flexible phone solution, but at a price. This is a much better solution than what I got from my voice ISP. Although this comes with some difficulties. I'm an IT professional, so this worked for me.

    It's difficult in Phones

    Can't get this to work with the Vonage system. I unplugged the old model phone and plugged it into this one, there is no beep. No instructions. Not a very good plug and play or user friendly interface. I called the manufacturer, they don't make this phone anymore so they don't support it. Revain washes hands after 90 days. We were too busy to focus on why it wasn't working and missed the return window. I thought it was us, not the phone. We can be, but nobody will support us in this matter

    These days there is a rush for blue tooth softphones and headsets in place of traditional phones.
