Description of The Ultimate Industrial Filament Printing Solution: Polymaker PolyMax

🔩 【Industrial PC Filament】 - Please note that PC-FR is industrial PC filament that need a Chamber Temperature of 【90 ̊C - 100 ̊C】. 🌡️ 【Exceptionally Strong & Heat Resistant PC Filament】 - 1.75mm Polycarbonate filament ( PC filament 1.75mm ) is the strongest and heat resistant of ALL the 3D filament materials that can be printed with consumer grade printers. 🌟 【Affordable Price for Special Application】 - Polymaker 3D printer polycarbonate filament, considering its fantastic properties is also quite budget-friendly compared to some more exotic carbon fiber-filled stuff. It doesn't shrink much upon cooling and will withstand the temperatures in a black car, in the desert, in the summer time, with the sun shining! For hard, strong, stiff, functional parts you won't find better than Polymaker polycarbonate filament 1.75mm. 🧵 【Clean & Dry Enough】 - Carefully winded to avoid any tangling issues, dried and vacuum sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Please make sure to NEVER let go the tip of the filament as it may create nodes. Holes on the side of the spool can be used to prevent this issue. 🎈 【Jam Free & Consistent Diameter】 - Polymaker 3D printer filament polycarbonate 1.75mm has good quality that would never cause clogs, jams, warps or other problems, has great bed adhesion, very consistent color and dimensional accuracy, giving you a good mood printing. It is also very low odor while printing which is a huge bonus. ⚠️【Note】 - Use a BuildTak surface, it will help hold down the print and prevent it from warping. Calibrating your printer before printing is necessary. It is recommended to use an enclosure when printing. For large part it is recommended to use a heated chamber. It is recommended to anneal the printed part right after the printing process to release the residual internal stress. 🛠️ 【PolyMax PC-FR Applications】 - PolyMax PC-FR 3D printing filament polycarbonate ( PC FR filament )can reduce the intensity of a fire or slow/stop the spread of fire. PolyMax PC-FR satisfies UL 94 (plastics flammability standard) with the highest grading “V-0”. Many industries require this material ability such as automotive, railway, aerospace and marine. PolyMax PC-FR unlocks 3D printing for these industries allowing them to reduce their costs. ⚙️【PolyMax PC-FR Printing Settings】 - Nozzle: 250 ̊C ~ 270 ̊C; Bed: 90 ̊C ~ 105 ̊C; Chamber: 90 ̊C ~ 100 ̊C; Speed: 30mm/s ~ 50mm/s; Fan: Off; Bed Surface: almost any surface with a thin coat of PVA glue or MAGIGOO PC; Drying Settings: 75 ̊C for 6h. Annealing settings: 90 ̊C for 2h. Recommended Support Materials: PolyDissolve S2. 🦾 【PolyMax PC-FR Mechanical Properties】 - Young’s Modulus: 2634 ± 182 (MPa); Tensile Strength: 67 ± 4.5 (MPa); Bending Strength: 96.6 ± 1.3 (MPa); Charpy Impact Strength: 11.7 ± 1.3 (kJ/m2). Thermal Properties: Vicat Softening Temperature: 116 ̊C.

My new favorite thread!

First off, let me say this filament is AMAZING! I've seen a lot of conflicting reviews on this thread and it seems a lot of the bad reviews are due to a variety of factors. First, you really MUST have a good body. Keeping the temperature around the build plate at a constant level is key to preventing your prints from warping. Second, you need to make sure the thread is DRY. I was hesitant to just take this filament out of the vacuum pack and print right away, but it worked out great! Needless…

One of the easiest materials to work with, even on a cheap Ender 3

It's a polycarbonate composite, so sacrifice strength and heat resistance for a better print. Polymaker really found the perfect balance! You don't need edges, a design, a build platform, a heated chamber, or even a whole body to get the perfect print. I have no problem printing this on my cheap Ender 3 with a sleek glass table and a makeshift cardboard cover. How do I print PC Max on my device. 1. First calibrate temperature, slope and extrusion percentage for this filament.2. In Cura, set the

The best polycarbonate (PC) filament!

I work a lot with PC and PC blends as I'm pushing the limits of what can be made into a functional part with a 3D printer. I've probably tried/used PCs from about 5 different manufacturers. My general comments are: 1) Polycarbonate (PC) is the most durable and heat resistant of all materials that can be printed on consumer printers. For solid, strong and functional parts you won't find anything better. (PS: If you have a commercial printer, you can play around with other even better performing…
