I received my monitor and was immediately happy to use it. When taking online courses, having two screens is much better for learning purposes. After using the monitor maybe 4 times I now have a screen that flashes green blue red but no longer connects to my laptop. I've disconnected all cables, reconnected, rearranged, connected all sorts of variables, and it just refuses to work. It's unfortunate that we spent so much money on an unreliable product. Hope others have better luck.

Fast logistics, excellent packaging. Buy this for a friend. I used to have one from a different brand, it's packaged more carefully than the other. Delivery is also quick. I like the new buttons on the front, they are easier to set up. It comes with a screen protector which is great and saved me some extra money. I have, well; try to use it as a second monitor when traveling. When it works it's a great product. However, I spend more than a week trying to identify cable connections than actually using it as a second monitor. Cable connections are weak, unreliable, and their operation does not cause difficulties. Mostly it works for 10-15 minutes and then starts flashing when connecting and disconnecting. When it works, your overall sound quality will also be worse than your standalone laptop or PC.

I bought this monitor in May 2021 to help work from home and it has been great. I was very pleased. In December 2021 it stopped working. It clearly has power, green lights are on next to the ports but the screen stays black. I haven't found any useful information on online tech forums to explain what's going on. The pen/pencil sliding hole that creates another stand option is a nice feature. The body, which converts into a stand typical of this type of portable monitor, has limited adjustability, so the opening offers a smart, adjustable stand when using a stylus. I noticed a different version of the Revain, there doesn't seem to be a hole in the bottom right corner. HDMI and USB-C support, not just USB-C.

The brief instructions with directions are very poorly prepared and written. The included instructions do NOT provide the information needed to adjust the brightness. There is no place where the brand is listed to find instructions for this product. An e-mail can be sent, which is expected to be answered within 48 hours. UPDATE: What a waste. I do not recommend purchasing this item. It just turned out good. He's pretty muddy. It no longer connects to my work laptop.
