I use this for my Sony Atmos receiver. It's pretty easy. Plug it into the receiver's USB port and let it do its job. He's also very quiet.

The fan is very quiet but doesn't move much air. Even at high altitudes you hardly feel it. I bought it to blow solder fumes which does the job perfectly. However, I would not use it for cooling.

It pushes air, pre-wired with a voltage switch and connects to USB. You can do it yourself with wire strippers and tape, but convenience is everything. It blows good air and is absolutely silent at low frequencies. You can hear it a little at higher speeds, but you need to make sure there's no other noise in the room and you're really listening to it.
