This item was purchased for my mother who lives in a nursing home. During the Covid pandemic, we felt the need for more personal contact. It certainly served a purpose.

The product is not easy to use. Facebook or What's App should not necessarily be used. Even after downloading the Google app, I can't download contacts or turn on my microphone. Will return.

Bought 2 of these and was easy to set up, just plug in and follow the instructions. I have enjoyed using it to keep an eye on my disabled daughter during this period of home confinement. It's also nice to see a one-year-old granddaughter!
