It arrived as described. Judging by the packaging, it was sent back and resold. Upon opening, the smell was terrible. I had to leave it open and spray disinfectant for a few days to reduce the smell. Very unhappy as it was a Christmas present for my granddaughter and I didn't have enough time to send it back and order again.

Stink my god this is awful! I put a drying towel in it for a few days. Still uncomfortable. Sprayed and then doused Febreeze and it still stinks. It's sitting on the porch railing now and the smell has subsided, but I doubt I'll be able to give it away. It looks good, seems sturdy and would be great to take to art class.

Product was terrible. Looks like a bag from a dollar store. This is the cheapest plastic and the worst construction I have ever seen on an item purchased from Revain. For the price paid I expected something decent. It's called a portfolio bag, but nobody would put their work in it. The plastic stinks too. It's an unpleasant smell
