As can be seen in the photo this product has helped hold everything together after multiple c-sections. I liked the bottom strap best where the bottom pocket covered the slit.

Overall I like this tape, it's better quality than the one they gave me in the hospital. Easy to use. I wish there were instructions on when and how to use it, but it's no big deal, I just had to search online.

Don't buy it, it doesn't cost much and opening doesn't do what it's supposed to. I recently gave birth, I need help buying my belly, they send me size XL. I would love to return it but I throw the bag away and wear it 2 times, didn't want to send back what I'm wearing.

I can wear any of the three pieces around my waist - I should always have a clean piece ready to wear. Good quality. Continuous. Cozy. As for "one size", I wear a size 6-8, weigh 135 and am 5ft 7in tall. It fits well and fits women who are smaller and taller but about my size.

Love this! I was looking for something comfortable to wear after a tummy tuck that had enough compression and was less irritating to my skin than an ab board. I still wear my fahies at night, but during the day when I'm just lounging around or when you need to go outside, they're perfect for wearing under your clothes and they're super comfortable! DAM. It's better than a waist trainer! I don't have kids but wanted to try this and compare it to my waist trainer. I could wear this for 12 HOURS! It's durable, comfortable, stays in place, supports, covers ALL of my tummy and is firm! I move a lot for work and it stayed in place the whole time! I like it compared to my waist trainer. I'll practice and see what happens but I'm sure it will be great. I also sometimes have back problems and the support helped me a lot. Great buy for your money!
