The abdominal bandage given in the hospital kept unrolling and was useless to me. So for my second cesarean, I wanted something that actually worked. This one doesn't work at all. I had a lot of SI joint pain in the last few weeks of my pregnancy and ended up using it for that. I only used a lap belt and a lap belt to support my abdomen. It helped more than the actual SI belt I bought. Now, after a c-section, I mostly use a waist belt. I can sit comfortably with him and he doesn't bully. I usually have XS.
