I would give this product 5 stars apart from the fact that although the indicator says it is directional and needs testing, there should be some sort of directional marking on the cable. Must also have documentation in the package confirming the need for a direction test. The rest works as it should over long distances.

Every time you try to use an HDMI cable longer than 7.5 meters you worry about the video quality. This was used in a church for a large production screen from the back to the projector. Video Call The quality was excellent as was the picture, there was no signal tracking. I would even recommend this for a professional setup.

I returned one thinking it was coincidence but the second one was defective as well. When I ran 4k 30 fps from my computer to my living room TV it would cut off, sometimes it was only once a minute but there were spikes when it was once every few seconds. I was really hoping that this cable would meet my needs, but unfortunately I have to keep looking. Or find another way to run video signals in my house.

When I bought this I figured the signal booster would be near one end or the other because I had to run it through a 1.5 inch duct and I ran it through the duct from the opposite end where the amplifier would be would. I bought this product specifically to stream 4K at 60fps from my gaming PC to my TV. My TV is a 55" 4K HDR Toshiba Fire TV. We routed it from the sound booth to the stage to send video to the stage monitor. Worked very well EXCEPT the connectors are cheap and fragile. On our first test out of the box, with the plug connected to the source, the plug tapped (really touched), flexed 90 degrees, and then fell apart. With deadlines tight I decided to take a chance and returned it for a replacement of the same product because of the price and because I knew it would work if it lasted. It survived the 2nd install and works
