I had a clear glass vase that I wanted to partially fill with sand and shells. That was excellent! Not sure why this requires a transparency rating - it's sand, not clear glass! It looks and feels exactly how it should be.

I bought this to make the outer mouthpiece heavier. At the bottom of the container it worked fine. We have had several storms over the past few days and it was strong enough to keep the container from capsizing.

It saved me in a difficult moment. Several precast concrete entrance pillars at the Marriott Hotel needed patching. The deadline was only a few days away and I could not find a local source for the appropriate sand to make the patch mix. Arrived earlier than I hoped, very clean sand, just as pictured. I just added some white cement, marble chips and blast furnace slag and it was the perfect combination.
