As a REALTOR I LOVE this product.

I'm a REALTOR in Florida, even small spills of oil and grease in the driveway are a major distraction to the buyer. Especially on masonry, these stains are very difficult to remove, even with a high-pressure cleaner. However, I have found that Pour N' Restore works 100% of the time. Just gently pour a little (I spread it with my finger), then leave it on for 2-3 days. Rinse the hose and let it dry. Repeat if necessary. GREAT product worth every penny.

Pros
  • Inspires Confidence
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

I've been using this thing on my stone road for many years. That works great. You just pour it on greasy or oily stains and wait for it to dry. It turns into a powder that can be swept away or hosed off. I've also used it on my brick patio to get rid of grease stains around my grill. The main thing is to make sure it's completely dry before you sweep or hose it down. If it's still liquid, it won't remove the stain and it's dirty to wash.

  • Only positives

MIX well until fully combined!

The material worked but the instructions should be clearer. Instead of "Shake well" it should say "Stir well until solids are thoroughly mixed" or something similar. I shook the bottle enough, I thought, before I started pouring it out. There was a small amount of thin liquid, not thick at all as shown in the video. Then I saw the large semi-solid mass of the substance still in the bottle. So I had to cut off the tip, stir the mixture with a stick, and then try again, smearing the solid goo…

Best remedy for oil stains on concrete pavement

We had an old car that was leaking oil in the driveway and garage. We don't have a car anymore, but I got the oil stain out in the garage. I've made tremendous strides against a deep oil spill in my driveway, but there was a time when this product wasn't available in retail stores or online. So I have a few more bottles and start again with a spot in the driveway. No one notices what's left in the driveway, but I notice. Before finding this product we tried two other products and a hot water…

Amazing on concrete but not tarmac

The discrepancy between the label on the box and the information on the website prompted me to test this product on oil-stained tarmac. DO NOT DO THAT! However, this product is AMAZING on oil stained concrete! I tried a car oil stain on smooth concrete exactly as instructed. NO AFTERPOINTS! Then tried it on a heavy auto oil stain on extremely rough and porous 30 year old concrete. NO AFTERPOINTS! REALLY WORKS FOR ME! Note. The instructions describe a square spreading tool that you will likely…

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Maybe this article was old?

I think the principle is excellent. However, I followed the directions to shake the product well before use. After shaking for some time and turning over while shaking, I poured out the liquid only to find that most of the product was still at the bottom of the container and wouldn't shake out. I cut out part of the bottle and found that most of the product had a consistency similar to soft clay. Too thick to spill. I am very disappointed as I thought this product would be the answer to my oil…

  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

This time I was extremely disappointed.

I have used this product before with great results. This time the product sat a couple of months before I had to use it in my driveway. (I didn't consider the possibility of a return) When it came time to use the product, I shook it and then started pouring it over the oil stain. The liquid came out very thin and I found that most of the mixture was very solid at the bottom of the container. I used a brush to rub the water solution into the stain. The next day, I wasn't surprised that the stain

Great product! Its worth it!

I had a stain on a very smooth (concrete) garage floor that lasted for several months. I think it was brake fluid. I've used everything to clean it, puncture wash, oil remover, soap and water, quick dry, dark purple, pressure washer, etc. I've worked in garages all my life and I've never seen stains this stubborn. I was very surprised when he didn't show up. So I bought it and installed it. In the morning I went to sweep it but it wasn't completely dry. I wasn't impressed with the results. So I
