This worked great for 1 year and 6 days which is 6 days beyond the 'warranty'. I didn't do anything differently today, but it started smoking (it smelled like burnt rubber and/or plastic) and almost caught fire. Completely stopped working (obviously). It was an inconvenience for me, but it could easily have been a tragedy. DO NOT BUY THIS. All Jackyled help options will be reset to Revain. I have contacted Revain support and they have no way of contacting them on behalf of the customers. Revain

I bought a 14-outlet power strip. Conceptually it's perfect. There is plenty of space between the individual sockets and the integrated USB ports are a godsend. Unfortunately 3 sockets didn't accept a plug at all and the ones I could plug in took a tremendous amount of effort to get all the way into the socket.
