My husband LOVES this item!

Husband wanted an inverter for his car and after some searching we came across this. He loves to! The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because the car needs to be running while charging. So make sure you don't charge your laptop (or any other device) when the car is off. Your battery will be empty. Besides, we couldn't be happier.

Good product for the price

The product has a good design. The performance seems to be sufficient for light applications like charging a laptop. There is some fan noise, but not significant. If you value solid workmanship and quiet operation, this device is not the right choice and you should budget a little more money. In this price range, this device is a good buy.

Mobile inverter PowerLine 75/100 W

The average rating for this product is misleading. The average score comes from a review of 4 very different inverters. My review relates to the PowerLine 75/100 W mobile inverter. This is a passively cooled inverter, ie without a fan. I got it running an aspirator to give my kid asthma medication on the go. The device gets very hot after 10 minutes and switches itself off. Passive cooling is not sufficient for the operation of the suction pump. That might be enough for a device charger, but…

Good price and just what I needed it for.

I was willing to pay a little more for something good quality and it was perfect. Yes, it fits snugly into a 12v socket, but you WANT it to be one that makes the connection strong and solid. This product has one thing that others I've bought in the past don't have, which is some sort of self-cooling fan inside while in use. I think preventing overheating is a good thing. However, for the application I will be using it for, I am hoping that it will not require any additional power/power or…

Works great and gives lots of energy

Have been using this stuff for over 6 months now. I haven't had any issues with two connected gaming laptops. Note that your AUTO may have FUSE on the port you are using, so you may have problems. My 2007 VW does fine with it. This thing or something is simply necessary for long trips. I kept it plugged into my car all the time and occasionally used it in other cars for long trips. This thing saves lives. The USB port allows you to charge your phone while still using your laptop. The light will

Good 12V AC Converter

I connected two laptops to this inverter (15.6 inch Asus U53JC and 10.1 inch Asus 1005PR netbook). While running, they were well charged, meaning there was enough power to both start and charge at the same time. The inverter makes a high-pitched noise and you can also hear the fan, but this is normal for these devices. It's not too loud. I'm pretty sensitive to noise, but it didn't bother me. The device is compact and well made. The 12V plug requires some force to connect, but nothing out of…
