Review on PowerLine 90307: Ultra Efficient 140/200 Watt Mobile Inverter with USB Power Port by Michael Hawkins

The average rating for this product is misleading. The average score comes from a review of 4 very different inverters. My review relates to the PowerLine 75/100 W mobile inverter. This is a passively cooled inverter, ie without a fan. I got it running an aspirator to give my kid asthma medication on the go. The device gets very hot after 10 minutes and switches itself off. Passive cooling is not sufficient for the operation of the suction pump. That might be enough for a device charger, but you can get a car charger for most devices for the same price. I come back and get an inverter with active cooling.
