I've been the victim of lost valve caps more than once and when I need to replace one I can't find it. So I decided to order this pack of hats to prepare myself in the future. They look like good hats and I hope they work as described.

Worked great, looks like the picture, well screwed. It's nothing unusual, no tricks, nothing. I switched to these stock valve covers after the metal covers I previously bought seized and rusted into a real valve. It was a nightmare.

In less than three months all four covers I had fitted cracked and deteriorated to the point the tops were peeling off. I live in Arizona where there is a lot of sunshine. These hats don't do the job. They have NOT been stretched. I just screwed them on until I felt like they were starting to fit tightly.

Okay, those are plastic tire valve caps. They don't let water or dust into the tire nipples (this is important). Basic functionality "check". Whenever I go to Jiffy Lube and change the oil they check the tire pressure and top up if necessary which is good. But later I notice that sometimes they forget to put the cap back on.
